Our monthly fees covered unlimited support and advice – but where does this stop? Our unlimited advice and support element is limited to what can be answered on a 15-minute phone call or a quick email reply. Anything that involves personalised calculations or research is what we call ‘out of scope’ work and will require an Extra Work Order to be approved and paid in advance. In some situations it may be outside of our expertise and we will pass your query onto a specialist who we have partnered with (you can find your own if you’d prefer of course!)
