We currently have a small core team that ensures you will have continuation of service throughout your time with us.

Rosie, our Operations Manager, will be your main port of call – she coordinates the onboarding process and year end processes so will be requesting all your information. You can also contact her for any queries and she will field them out to the relevant team member if she can’t answer herself. Rosie also coordinates the bookkeeping service.

Tamsyn is the resident accountant and will therefore be dealing with accounts, taxes and management accounts. She will also carry out Kick Off meetings, Annual Review sessions and lead the business planning and coaching services.

Kiran’s main responsibility is Payroll Manager so she will be your go-to for any payroll queries. She often helps with some of the admin side of the business so you may hear from her for other things at times!

You may, from time to time, also reach our answering service. This is an outsourced team who answer the phone when we aren’t able to. They are a lovely bunch and will ensure all messages reach us. We will get back to you as soon as we can if you leave a message with them.

We also have a few other outsourced team members who help us with our workload but we always ensure everything is coordinated by our core team to consistently provide a great service to our clients.
