Increase conversion rates:

  • Invest in your brand
  • Increase quality and range of product or service offering
  • Offer payment options
  • Upskill the sales team
  • Make special sales offers e.g. ‘today only’
  • Ask for the sale
  • Follow up sales opportunities with prospects and customers

Increase retention rates:

  • Implement a sales follow up process
  • Work with clients and customers who are aligned with your values
  • Deliver constant, never ending improvement
  • Ask customers what they want
  • Develop a customer loyalty programme
  • Utilise testimonials and case studies
  • Keep in touch, let customers know of special offers and new products of interest
